His practice focuses on Administrative Law, specializing in public procurement, tenders and government concessions; Infrastructure; Banking law; commercial contracts; design, creation, maintenance and modification of corporate structures, especially in companies with disputes between shareholders or with third parties; fusions and acquisitions; foreign investment; real estate transactions; Tax law and estate planning; and maritime law.

His recent experience includes issues of foreign investment, legal support for the incorporation and operation of foreign companies, including one of the largest construction companies worldwide, which develops an infrastructure project in Guatemala; acting as local advisor for international arbitration on infrastructure matters; the structuring of credits granted by local banks for use abroad, with mixed guarantees in different countries; and, the design of the legal and fiscal strategy of real estate developments.

Degree in Legal and Social Sciences, Lawyer and Notary from the Rafael Landívar University (Guatemala).

He has a master's degree in business administration from INCAE Business School (Nicaragua / Costa Rica), and graduates in fiscal law from the College of Public Auditors of Guatemala, and in maritime law from the Rafael Landívar University.
